Who we are

The Educated Monkey LLC provides WienerDog Deluxe, an offline Android game published under the Ask WienerDog brand.

Information the app collects

WienerDog Deluxe does not collect, transmit, or share personal information, device identifiers, gameplay activity, diagnostics, advertising data, or other user data. The app requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or developer-operated remote service. It does not request Android's Internet permission.

Information stored on your device

Game settings, records, Daily Trail results, lifetime statistics, goals, and unlock progress are stored only in Android private app storage on your device. They remain until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for this information.

Device features

The optional vibration setting uses Android's vibration feature to provide local gameplay feedback. Audio and music are generated locally or played from files packaged within the app. These features do not transmit information.

Google Play update checks

When the game starts, and when you choose Check for Updates, WienerDog Deluxe asks the installed Google Play Store whether a newer Play-distributed version is available. Google Play handles the availability check, download, and installation through its In-App Updates service. The game does not receive your Google account details, use this feature for marketing, or use push notifications. If the game was not installed through Google Play, the update check may be unavailable while all offline gameplay continues to work normally.

Contact and feedback

If you choose Contact & Feedback, the app asks your separate email app to prepare a message to The Educated Monkey LLC. Nothing is sent automatically. The prepared message can include the app version, device manufacturer and model, Android version, and the text you add. You may edit or remove any information before sending.

If you send the message, The Educated Monkey LLC receives your email address, message, and any information you chose to include. That information is used only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of a support message at the address below, subject to any legal retention requirement.

Audio credits

The app contains licensed and public-domain source recordings described in its Audio Credits. These packaged files do not collect or transmit data.

Children's privacy

The game is intended for a general audience age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Security

Game records and settings remain in Android's private app storage, and app backup is disabled. Users should still protect access to their devices.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The effective date will be revised when an update is made.
